While we didn’t get up close to the unveiling of all of the new collections at New York Bridal Fashion Week this season, the gorgeous designs could still be seen on our computer screens. New York Bridal Fashion Week’s spring 2022 season practically resumed this year due to the pandemic. Although face-to-face attendance was limited or non-existent for safety reasons, the bridal designers did not disappoint and provided fascinating dresses for future brides-to-be. We’re preparing our trend forecast for our summer print, but in the meantime, we’ve rounded up dresses with an element that will take the ceremonial aisles by storm in 2022: romantic ruffles. A variety of passed-out dresses were covered in fluttering fabric, from silk taffeta to organza tulle, and we can’t wait to see them in action when more festivities return at the DMV.
