COLUMBUS (WCMH) – A brand new wedding dress – for free. This is what Goodwill Columbus is giving away on Tuesday after a major retailer donated hundreds of wedding dresses.
The two locations in Reynoldsburg at 2675 Brice Road and the Northland Retail Store at 2933 Morse Road will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. so that brides can try on a wedding dress and take it home with them.
“These are all brand new clothes. They had extra inventory and donated it to us to help the community, ”said Amy Wassmuth, e-commerce manager at Goodwill Columbus. “The dresses sell for between $ 200 and $ 300 each. It’s a great way to save money on your wedding expenses when you need that extra help. “
