When micro-weddings and elopements peaked in 2020, Brenna Simmons launched her own range of non-traditional, nature-inspired and sustainable clothes and accessories. According to the designer, it was her admiration for love and storytelling that, in addition to planning her own outdoor wedding, prompted the launch of her first bridal collection.

“Not to be a cliché, but on the one hand I love love. I love the story between two people in love. I love getting to know different types of love and how it makes people what they are. I love telling this story. “Says Simmons. “On the other hand, clothing has always been a form of self-expression and a way of telling your own story. Bridal fashion was the perfect marriage between my love for both of them. ”

With designs that reflect the unique simplicity of the natural elements and Simmons’ commitment to sustainable fashion, Nordeen’s dresses exude contemporary elegance with an earthy touch. Ahead, the newest collection from Nordeen.

Nordeen spring 2022

For his 21-part debut, Nordeen channeled nature for brides with modern, minimal and environmentally conscious aesthetics. “With a similar commitment to nature and a desire to preserve its beauty, [the Nordeen bride] understands the importance of using only natural materials and the brand’s honest approach. The Nordeen bride feels most alive in nature and looks for clothes that tell her story and at the same time harmonize with her natural surroundings, ”reveals the designer.

In line with our promise of diversity, it is our duty to point out that this brand / designer did not include BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) in the images of the Spring 2022 campaign at the time of publication. Since then we have reached out to this brand / designer to encourage them to include BIPOC images not only in this season’s campaign but also in future campaigns.
